It All Started with a Trip

Through his time in the wine business, Aldo Zaninotto had the amazing opportunity to travel to many places in Europe, most frequently Italy, where he was able to do a deep dive into the unique cultures of those regions and experience the wonderful foods and wines they have to offer. When it came time to open his own concepts, he wanted to bring that same feeling to the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago.
